With a background in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Vinyasa yoga, I blend evidence-based therapeutic practices with holistic approaches to support your journey toward emotional well-being.
My method is rooted in the belief that true healing comes from addressing the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. Whether you're navigating major life changes, seeking to overcome anxiety, struggling with low self esteem or just wanting to “level up” in life, I'm here to provide a supportive and nurturing environment tailored to your unique needs.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer specialized workshops and events designed to empower you with practical tools and insights. My goal is to help you build resilience, embrace the authentic evolution of your life and connect in community with others who can relate to your experience.
Outside of my professional life, I love spending time with my husband, our 3 babies and our dog. I love exploring Philly and South Jersey restaurants, and seeing live music as much as I can! I’ve often had to “practice what I preach” to achieve what I want out of life, which enriches my perspective and enhances my ability to connect with clients on a deeper level. It is my mission to empower my clients to do this for themselves!
